Teacher professional development is a continuous learning process. The essence of learning community is human interaction. Based on the vision of professional development, the teacher professional development community is a typical learning community. Teacher professional development community has its unique operating mechanism. Based on the theory of learning community, the running mechanism of teacher professional development community ecological model is a theoretical framework. As two main body in learning activities, learners and help scholars of a community is interpersonal interaction and realize the two-way transformation. Efficient and effective learning activities and interpersonal interaction need the support of a certain learning environment, with basic support including material support, equipment support, manpower support and information circulation. which is supported by teachers` school or education administration. In the process of learning activity the knowledge construction, significance negotiation and role transition are happening at the same time.
