The deep application of information technology in teaching practice not only has a revolutionary impact on students' learning,but also puts forward higher requirements for teachers.The rise of the network training community has opened up a new way for teacher professional development.Through sharing education experience,teachers complete the common construction of knowledge jointly.Therefore,how to promote efficient collaborative knowledge construction is the key to optimizing the teacher professional development.However,we still do not have sufficient understanding about what kind of characteristics the social knowledge construction process of teachers has in the network.This study integrates the application of Content Analysis and Social Network Analysis and other methods,combined with the characteristics of teacher workshops,constructs the analysis framework of collaborative knowledge construction from the three aspects including collaborative knowledge construction level,social interaction and activity development timing.And selects teacher workshops for study to conduct.The main research work of this paper includes the following four aspects.(1)Construct the analysis framework of collaborative knowledge construction.We summarize the existing collaborative knowledge construction analysis models and their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of teacher workshops,the three elements of the collaborative knowledge including construction level,the social characteristics and the timing characteristics are extracted to construct the framework of collaborative knowledge construction.(2)Analyze the level characteristics of collaborative knowledge construction of teacher workshops.Based on Gunawardena's interactive knowledge construction hierarchy model,combined with the characteristics of teacher workshops,we construct the teacher workshop collaborative knowledge construction content analysis coding system according to the aspects of information sharing,information comparison,meaning negotiation and knowledge construction,reflection and so on.This coding system is applied to the "Pinyin teaching" training activities in the example.Through the analysis of the content of the discussion of the activities,it is found that there is a significant difference in the level of collaborative knowledge construction among the teacher workshops.And the overall level is mainly concentrating on the low-level construction.(3)Analyze the characteristics of social network structure of teacher workshops.Social interaction is the prerequisite for collaborative knowledge construction in network training.This study uses the social network analysis method to analyze the social characteristics of the collaborative knowledge construction of teacher workshop from four aspects:the basic attributes of the network,the Centrality,the Cohesive Subgroups and the Core-Periphery structure.The study found that the teacher workshop interaction network is loose,cohesive force is relatively low;the overall network information sharing is smooth.And resources and power are mainly concentrating in the active members of the teachers,the master and the experts belong to the edge figure.(4)Construct timing analysis model to analyze the timing characteristics of collaborative knowledge construction in teacher workshops activities.Based on the time series the content data and relational data of the teacher workshops activities,the characteristics of the teacher's training timing are analyzed.The results of the analysis show that the teacher workshops activities have significant timing characteristics,from 11:00 to 13:00,15:00 to 16:00 is the most active time for teachers to participate in activities.In the process,the level of collaborative knowledge construction and social interaction reached the peak in the early stage of activity,and gradually decayed in the middle and later period.The change of isolated point shows the characteristics of the change of network structure with new members in different periods.To sum up,collaborative knowledge construction is an important way for teacher professional development.In this paper,a systematic analysis framework is proposed to analyze the characteristics of collaborative knowledge construction.And a detailed implementation plan is designed for the analysis of teacher workshops.This system has the guiding significance to the teacher workshops activity,the learning analytics and the scientific decision-making,and has the application value for the teacher professional development ability.
