Teacher knowledge,the richness of which has a direct bearing on the level of professional standards,is the basis of teacher professional development.Knowledge management is a major topic of knowledge generation and innovation.At present,a new orientation in teacher professional development is researching into the management of teacher knowledge.Teachers' professional community,which consists of university and primary,secondary school teachers,is an important means to improve teacher professional development.In teachers' professional community,explicit and tacit knowledge are acquired and shared between teachers and at the same time the two kinds of knowledge can be transformed in the process.Through creating and producing various strategies,the community promotes the continuous generation and innovation of teacher knowledge.This article introduces knowledge management into the field of teachers' education and uses case study method to go to the first scene.By in-depth contacts with university and primary, secondary teachers,the article analyzes in detail the growth and change of teachers in the professional community life and the different generating strategies of the teachers' professional community.The framework is as the following:Introduction:This part analyzes and discusses the background and the present situation,the meaning,main research content and research method of this article.chapter 1:This part analyzes conception of this article:Knowledge,Knowledge management,Teacher Knowledge,Teachers' professional community.chapter 2:This section discusses the meaning of Teachers' professional community knowledge management and elaborates a representative knowledge management "SECI" model.chapter 3:Chinese subject in N project serving as a case,from "SECI" model of knowledge management,this section gives a concrete analysis of how teachers access knowledge, make effective use of knowledge,generate new knowledge in the context of teachers' professional community and how the community combines the factors to promote teacher professional development. chapter 4:This section mainly analyzes the existing problem of knowledge management in teacher professional community.
