Employment Behavior Embedded Into The Rural And The Reconstruction Of The Boundary Line Of "Ingroup"

From the helper on the basis of mutual aid to the employment for the purpose of profit, the traditional village society gives us another different view.such a social fact is embedded into the traditional rural social environment, and gradually becomes one part of rural society. More "outsiders" take part in the “ingroup” circle, the traditional society relationship which was close before is facing new challenges now. "Ingroup" relationship bound by kinship and geo-relationship is gradually loosening, the villagers in local society have to re-examine their "Ingroup" relationship.This study took Yongping village as the case background and collected the relevant case information in the way of participant observation and in-depth interviews. This study analyzed the phenomenon that employment behavior of peasants appeared in the daily life of farmers,On the basis of path analysis of embeddedness theory in the economic sociology,discussed how the employment behavior embedded into the rural society and what happened to the rural society after the invasion, analyzed the change of fabric of farmers’ "Ingroup" relationship circle and the trend of the change.This study found that the boundary of "Ingroup" was fixed and clear in a society of acquaintances, "Ingroup" identification was built on the emotion and ethics and other non economic factors, the interaction of "ingroup" producted and reproducted their relationship network constantly based on kinship and reciprocity;Employment behavior and the commercialization of rural labor based on economic rationality had changed the peasants’ original communication way: reciprocity tends to collapse, human relationship exchanges formalized, acquaintance relationship on the basis of mutual aid tends to be stranged,the interest relationship deeps into acquaintance relationship,the strange relationship becomes acquaintanced; The boundary of "ingroup" and“outsiders” becomes complicated, the inner circle of“ the Pattern of Difference Sequence”weakens,but the edge of the circle strengthens in form, their "ingroup" relationship networks become more scalable.
