Oral communication is one of the important parts of language use. It is the key to open the contemporary development, which has an important effect in the acceleration of the development of personage Chinese quality, and the development of personal qualities. In the teaching process, strengthening the training of pupil's oral communication is the only way to improve Chinese teaching.However, contrasting with reading and writing teaching, which is Chinese teaching tradition emphasis, the proportion of oral communication teaching in the realistic class is too little. Because of the exam-oriented education, classroom teaching is only base on examination.Teachers,students, parents and school are all think highly of test paper score. And oral communication is part of emerging teaching content, the teaching target is mist, the teaching method is lack of systematic. In order to prepare for further study work, and adapt to the time development, it is high time for us to pay attention to the promotion of students' oral communication ability.The study, which is from the concern about the current situation and the recognition of the importance of oral communication, will follow the research approach of “consulting literature – analyzing the current situation- making principles – proposing countermeasures”. Oral communication is conforms to the inherent regularity of Chinese teaching- the unity of instrumental and humanism. It uses the great articles to purify students' soul and cultivate their sentiment. And based on the acquisition of language, oral communication can teach the students how to use their mother language. Strengthening the training of pupil's oral communication is the topic of ability cultivation and qualification promotion.This study is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, including the origin of the problem, literature review, main research contents and the definition of related concepts. The second part based on the research of the present situation and the related information, finding some issues about training the ability of pupil's oral communication in Primary Chinese teaching. Such as some teachers' understanding of oral communication is only skin deep; the teaching goal is short of measurability; the teaching method is short of maneuverability; the teaching evaluation is short of pertinence. The reason is as follows: the stipulation about oral communication in The Chinese Course Criterion of Compulsory Education(2011 edition) is short of operability; exam-oriented education is lack of oral communication; teachers are short of teaching skills of oral communication. The third part is some principles about oral communication in Chinese teaching: harmonious atmosphere; operational feasibility; teaching in the situation;keeping the whole teaching process continuously.The forth part is the specific implementing recommendations: changing the traditional ideas of primary Chinese teaching; pay attention to the cultivate of the etiquette in oral communication of the students; implementation strategies of primary Chinese teaching; perfect the appraisal system.In addition, we can see from the study that the research and exploration of training students' oral communication ability is mostly based on the specific course, which can train the students more centrally. But the cultivation should through Chinese teaching in many parts and should be continuously consolidated and improved through the daily teaching.Well oral communication ability tests the students' language and expression, embodying the students' Chinese accomplishment in dynamic, which is extreme importance to the development of students. Hoping through the research of these parts, can help the teachers to make the clear teaching goal,reasonable teaching content,effective teaching methods and scientific evaluation of teaching in order to cultivate the oral communication of the students in class.
