《Compulsory Education Chinese curriculum standards(2011 Edition)》stressed: "Oral communication ability is the essential ability of modern citizens.We should cultivate students’ ability of listening,expressing and responding,so as to make students have the ability to communicate with each other harmoniously." Students are the future of the motherland,bearing the hope of modern citizens,with the ability to communicate with each other is the responsibility and responsibility of each student.Therefore,as a part of Chinese teaching,oral communication teaching is to cultivate students’ communicative competence.The school must realize the importance of oral communication teaching in the real sense.This paper is mainly based on the "new curriculum standard" in the oral communication teaching objectives and contents,teaching suggestions and Jiangsu Education version of the textbook,discusses the cultivation of primary school Chinese KS3 oral communication ability,aiming at cultivating KS3 students’ communicative ability teaching strategies.The third section in the last stage of primary school will undoubtedly play a connecting role,learning content not only need to consolidate the one or two stage,and the need to put forward on the basis of teaching objectives and requirements of a higher level,to prepare students to enter the next stage of learning.In this paper,the concept of oral communication and oral communication ability in the past to sort out a new interpretation of the literature,hoping to have a clearer understanding of oral communication.In the process of teaching practice to realize the significance of the development of individual oral communication ability of students in classroom to students is extraordinary,speak,as far as the lifelong development of students,so it points out that the cultivation of communicative competence in oral Chinese primary school significance.In this paper,after exploring the "new curriculum standard" in oral communication teaching goal and requirements and objectives and requirements of the third stage,the specific direction of training specified in the third stage of oral communication ability.And in Jiangsu oral communication teaching content as an example,the analysis of the third stage of oral communication teaching content,and on this basis,actively explore the culture of the third stage of the oral communicative competence of teaching strategies.
