Modern developments and social progress surely makes a higher demand on the cultivation of talented person quality. The UNESCO points out that talents must have three major abilities of leaning to survive , learning to learn and learning to communicate. And yet oral-communication is a primary means of interpersonal communication. Actual Chinese instructional program regulates clearly that oral-communication' s destination task is "to cultivate the ability of listening, expressing and answering, to make students have the civilized and harmonious qualities of interpersonal communication" . In order to meet the needs of modern development, to further push forward the reform of education and teaching, and to improve abilities of oral-communication, the teaching of junior middle-school must attach importance to oral-communication.But now for the reason of many factors (examination system influences teachers' teaching attitude, misconceive the words of "talents" , and "oral-communication abilities" , be short of necessary language environment), oral-communication teaching doesn' t go forward really yet, and still rests on the stages of appealing and beginning, and deep research and experiments needs to be carried out combined theory with practice. Aiming at the character of oral-communication teaching, combining with the theory of pedagogy, psychology and sociometry, on the basis of hold the principle of oral communication and its teaching, based on the practice of oral-communication teaching, this paper gropes for the. methods of cultivating the oral-communication ability. To the premise of oral-communication teaching: teachers change attitudes and roles, to the basis of oral-communication teaching: teachers optimize the teaching language of themselves, to the aim of oral-communication teaching: cultivate student abilities of oral-communication, to instructional strategies of oral-communication teaching: combine the classroom teaching and activities after school, to the means of oral-communication teaching: appreciate the students hortatively, this paper aimed to a hope that my crude remarks may draw forth by abler people in order to make this work reach perfection.
