The Research On The Internationalization Of Higher Education In China Under The Background Of Internet

Now we live in a world where the trend of multi-polarization and economic globalization is gaining momentum. In the field of education, the flow of human resources and material resources is ongoing. Internationalization has become an irresistible trend in the field of higher education. Undoubtedly, internationalization is an important development strategy for famous universities in the world. More and more countries realize education reform must be examined under the global view. Under the wave of internationalization of higher education, China is also inevitable to join. "the Guidelines of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020)" pointed out that information technology has a revolutionary influence on education development. We should pay attention to it and view education informatization as a part of national informatization development strategy. It can be seen that the importance of education informatization has been referred to an unprecedented height. With the development of information technology and spread of the human form of education and learning have undergone profound changes.Based on the related theories, this paper firstly summarized the development process, the motivation and the development forms of internationalization of advanced education. Secondly, the status quo of the internationalization of higher education in China was illustrated from the aspects of the international flow of teachers and students, the development of Chinese-foreign co-operative on education and the internationalization of scientific research and academic. Then the author takes School Online which was developed by tsinghua university as an example to explain the influence of Internet on the internationalization of higher education, and illustrate how to use the internet to further the internationalization of higher education. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to use the Internet to further promote the development of China's higher education internationalization, hope to be able to provide some beneficial suggestions for the internationalization of higher education in China.
