With the rapid development of Internet, China has step into the network society, with more than half of the population are Internet users.Internet bring convenience to people's life, work, communication and other facilities. The status of the new media is increasingly replacing the traditional media. The identity of the Internet users has also changed, once they are audiences, but now they are both audiences and transmitters. At the same time, Internet rumors, mass incidents,network crime and other vicious events frequently happen. On the one hand,those events can affect the normal social order, and make losses to people's life. On the other hand, they also bring enormous challenge to the regulators.Throughout the network hot issues in recent years, with the analysis of the public opinion direction and netizens attitude, we can find that,group psychological plays a considerable role on netizens expression and the trend of public opinion. Distributed netizens were bring together by similar views, and formed a huge psychological group. Their way of thinking, opinion expression and behavior will be changed, which is totally different from the individual's behavior. Group psychological impact can be just fine, bad network, research on this topic, Group psychological impact on Internet is discussed; we can prevent its disadvantages and make use of its advantages, to promote the healthy development of the network society in our country.On the basis of the hot issues in recent years, the author analyzed the group psychology in the network public opinion. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter starting from the network group,the author analyzes its classification and characteristics, as well as the formation mechanism of the network group psychological. The second chapter is based on Hall's three decoding theory, group psychological characteristics and performance of network is discussed. The third chapter analyses the forming reason of group psychological in network public opinion from three aspects: social, cultural, and Internettechnology. The fourth chapter explores the effects of group psychology in both positive and negative sides. In the last chapter, the corresponding measures are put forward to guide and using the internet groups psychological. So as to dispel rumors, guide the network public opinion, prevent the network crisis, and effectively promote the healthy development of the network society.This study integrated communication, sociology, psychology and other disciplines of knowledge, and literature research, case analysis, and qualitative research methods are mainly be used. The authors refer to relevant literature to get theoretical support, and analyze the groups psychological in the network public opinion with the example of social hot events happened in recent years.After careful study, the author found internet users' group psychology affects their attitudes and behaviors. The formation of the Internet group psychological has an intimate relationship with social contradictions, cultural characteristics and the development of network technology. It may lead to social consensus, formation public supervision,or contribute to the lofty collective behavior in one side. And it may cause rumor breeds, distort public opinion direction, and lead to mass incidents on the other side. So both the media and the government departments should paid great attention to the impact and use of group psychological. They should try to cultivate "gatekeeper" and "opinion leaders", improve the network regulations as well as the quality of the netizens. In the news events, the government department should speak actively, so that they can dispel rumors, enhance credibility and communication effect, and create a good environment for the development internet society.
