| Independent colleges have guaranteed their quality for more than 10 years,sharing the host universities’ teaching staff.The construction of teaching staff in independent colleges is related to their own survival and development.As the independent college teachers employ a large number of teachers from the host universities,it has not built its own full-time teaching staff group.The relocation and regulation of the independent college will influence the teaching staff.How to reasonably make use of the teaching staff from the host universities,to solve the problem in construction of their teaching staff needs to be solved urgently.Under the background of relocation,using history method,literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview survey,taking in-depth research on the construction of teaching staff in Independent Colleges in Zhejiang Province,The basic historical development process of independent college teaching staff construction could be rationalized,The core problems of the independent college construction of teaching staff could be found out,and also the solutions to the problems.The history of independent colleges is only more than 10 years.The process of the construction of the teaching staff is advancing with the different stages of the development of independent colleges.The historical process of the independent college teaching staff construction can be divided into three stages: With the independent College spontaneous development,it rely on its host university;With the support for development of independent college regulation,it partly rely on the host university;In the Independent transformation and development,period,it focus on the construction of its own teaching staff.At present,the problems in construction of teaching staff with the relocation in Independent College are as followed: the planning of teachers is not distinctive,the goal is not specific enough,the plan is difficult to implement;employing system is influenced by the host university,the standard of recruitment is randomly arranged;teachers professional development has not been assured and the training for teachers is not efficient.the teachers are not so aware of self-development;evaluation system is not scientific;teachers is lack of stability so that thecolleges are facing a big loss of teaching staff.Aiming at the problems appeared in the process of construction of independent colleges’ teaching staff,it could be solved in following ways: according to the actual conditions of the independent college,clear and distinct features of teachers’ overall planning;appoint independent autonomy,build open and diversified appointment system;to young teachers as the main object,establish a relatively perfect training system,enhancing the quality of teachers self-improvement;establishing a scientific performance appraisal system for the teachers,a clear assessment of the principles,detailed assessment index,the evaluation of the main diversification are needed,to reduce or eliminate their sense of insecurity,to provide a good development platform for teachers,preclude life concerns,improve the stability of teaching staff. |
