Music plays important role in the development of people’s intelligence,the edification of people’s sentiment,the stimulation of people’s imagination and creativity.Carrying on the music education from childhood will has a far-reaching and lasting effect in people’s whole life.To some extent,the quality of music classes,not only directly related to each student’s own growth,also will affect the civilization progress and sustainable development of the whole nation,the whole country and the whole society.However,because of the effects of age factors on children’s physiological and psychological development,children’s music learning process is quite different from adults’,so our music teachers should not use adults’ standards to measure children.How to carry on high quality music classes? How to better stimulate children’s potential and talent in music? These are the significance of our study in children’s music learning psychology and music education in primary schools.The motivation of writing this topic derives from my thinking on the current status of children’s music education.With the increasing attention to children’s music education by the society,especially since the announcement of The Music Course Standards in Compulsory Education(2011 Edition),the aim of primary and secondary education has been moving toward to children’s all-round development and lifelong development.People are beginning to pay more and more attention to the important role of music education on children’s development of intelligence,physical coordination,aesthetic ability,creativity and so on.Therefore,this puts forward higher standards to our music teachers;and also puts forward more challenges and requests for children’s music education teaching content,curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching measures and so on.At the same time,it also gives the most of music educators and the researchers of children’s music psychology greater researching space and new opportunities.This essay is based on the theory of pedagogy,educational psychology and the psychology of music.Through the collation and research on the development of children’s learning psychology and music education in western developed countries and China,this easy has fully demonstrated the close relationship between the two areas,and deeply analysed of psychological characteristics and basic the laws of development in children’s music learning process.I try to place the music teaching in classroom at the background of child psychology and music education,and try to combine the children’s music learning psychology with the primary school music teaching.Standing at this point of view of children’s physical characteristics,I want to provide some teaching ideas and teaching strategies to the primary school music education for reference,in order to improve the music teachers’ teaching quality,stimulate children’s inherent interests of music studying,and improve the variety of children’s music abilities.
