The psychological capital has become an important element of psychological research in recent years. With the improvement of social demand for high quality talent, the study on the psychological capital and factors will become more importance.In this study,550 subcollege nationality students were investigated by Campus Atmosphere Questionnaire, School Identification Questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Questionnaire And Psychological Capital Questionnaire to discuss the factors on psychological capital.Spss19.0 and Amos20.0 software were used to analyze the data obtained and got the following Conclusions:1.the Guangxi subcollege nationality students of psychological capital has positive, yet dimension has difference,the best score is thanksgiving(5.40),the worst score is optimism(3.42).2.the Guangxi subcollege nationality students of psychological capital doesn’t difference on sex, whether or not the only and nationality.However, in consideration of psychological capital dimension,there are differences on hope,cooperation, optimism and thanksgiving with sex, the only and nationality; in the major,there are differences on psychological capital,cooperation and thanksgiving.3. the Guangxi subcollege nationality students of campus atmosphere, school identification, perceived social support and psychological capital are significantly correlated.4. the perceived social support of the Guangxi subcollege nationality students has partly mediation effects between their campus5. atmosphere and their psychological capital.
