High school stage is the key period of individual physical and mental development,in recent years,high school students’ psychological problems occur frequently,some students doubt the meaning of life,they can not feel the value of their life,which also leads to a few students finally choose to commit suicide.It can be seen that improving the sense of life significance of high school students will help to improve their mental health.So,how to improve the sense of life significance of high school students? What factors are closely related to the sense of life meaning? Based on the analysis of the current situation and relationship of senior high school students’ perceived social support,positive psychological capital and sense of life meaning,this study explores the influence mechanism of perceived social support and positive psychological capital on sense of life meaning,so as to provide reference for improving senior high school students’ sense of life meaning.In the first study,the perceived social support scale,positive psychological capital scale and sense of life scale were used as research tools to conduct a questionnaire survey on senior high school students in two schools in Nanning.A total of 940 questionnaires were issued and 880 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective questionnaire recovery rate of 93.61%.In the second study,the group psychological counseling program was designed to intervene the students with low level of sense of meaning of life:(1)High school students’ perceived social support is in the upper middle level,and there are differences in gender,origin,only child and left behind experience.(2)The positive psychological capital of senior high school students is in the upper middle level,and there are significant differences in gender,origin and only child.(3)The sense of meaning of life of senior high school students is in the upper middle level,and there are significant differences in the source of students,whether they are the only child or not,and the experience of staying at home.(4)There is a significant correlation among senior high school students’ perceived social support,positive psychological capital and sense of life meaning.Senior high school students’ perceived social support has an impact on sense of life meaning through the mediating role of positive psychological capital.Senior high school students’ perceived social support can directly affect the sense of life meaning,and can also indirectly affect the sense of life meaning through positive psychological capital.(5)After verification,through participating in the League auxiliary group,the experimental group students’ sense of life significance level has been improved.That is to say,the self-designed group psychological counseling program can effectively improve the sense of meaning of life of senior high school students.According to the research conclusions,the following four educational suggestions are put forward: 1.Teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ self-efficacy and understanding;2.Schools should strengthen the content of life education in the course of mental health education;3.Schools should provide more practical opportunities for students to experience the meaning of life in practice;4.Schools should attach importance to home school cooperation and form a home school community.
