With the increasing number of students in secondary vocational school recently,the number of students' community increasing.It is obvious that community activity is an important role of school life,such as education and management.Community activity often act as a significant part of students' school life,as well as a measure of cultivating students' comprehensive ability,showing their personality,cultivating spirit of team,and enriching campus culture.Community construction of secondary vocational school students enrich the cultural life,develop the quality of campus culture,promote the construction of school moral education,and optimize the method of student management.Meanwhile,it also cultivate interest and their self awareness.The middle and high school students associations in China and abroad have experienced a long time of development,then formed their own characteristics.Although many secondary vocational schools,the degree of participation in are higher,the function of helping students relieve stress is obvious,but most of them are secondary vocational school club activities and not rich enough,besides,the management system is not perfect,the internal management level is relatively low,meaningless to the leadership,and lack of funding support and guarantee.According to the construction experience of the Hangzhou automobile senior technical school community: association of norm management mechanism,perfect assessment of community activities,strengthen the cultivation of the backbone of society,strict community supervision and management,expand community to report the results,strengthen community and quantitative appraisal,the implementation of community classification development measures will be the construction of secondary vocational school student association key points.
