| Brussels Forum has proposed the strategy of building the ECVET community of practice.The community has the advantages and characters of promoting regional labor mobility,promoting the development of lifelong learning system and the training efficient.It has a reference value for the development of Chinese vocational education.From the view of the vocational education development track,the author use the comprehensive literature method,comparative study method and classified subject substitution method to analysis and reflect on the practice of the ECVET.In the practice part,first of all,the author carried out a proper description of the construction of the ECVET,the real exploration and the implementation of the framework.Secondly,the writer did a brief analysis of the background,connotation,characteristics of the practice area and the policy of the contracting parties.Thirdly,the author thought the application value of the credit transfer system from the perspective of the unity consciousness and the flexible learning path.In the foreign practice and exploration,first of all,the author briefly introduced the MOTO experiment of regional liquidity from the aspects of process,quality supervision and realistic value;secondly,it explored the practice of LEARN project based on ETF from the aspects of goal,process and its own advantages;thirdly,the author expounded the rising value from the aspects of improving the quality of the labor force and accelerating the construction of lifelong education,as well as analyzing the lack of quality control and the application of the network platform.In the domestic revelation part,firstly,the author discussed the promotion of lifelong education from the construction of lifelong learning area part and the certificated the informal learning achievements;secondly,the author talked about the promotion of the establishment of the training system in China from the establishment of national occupation education qualification framework and improvement of the credit level.Secondly,the author explored the inter regional cooperation of vocational education resources from the aspects of human resources and regional and qualifications.The writer Finally,from the policy level to explore the construction of quality assurance system of Vocational education.Finally,the author explored the construction of the quality assurance system of vocational education from the policy level. |
