Junior High School Students Operation Ability Present Situation Investigation And Study

As one of junior middle school students,we should have three basic ability,operation ability the attention of national education.Mathematics is an important content of junior middle school mathematics teaching,is also the foundation of mathematics,mathematics is not only through every link in teaching but also the key factors that affect students learning and innovative thinking.So the research on current situation of junior middle school students operation ability is particularly important.However,after the curriculum implementation,the operation ability of students showed a trend of decline,I based on this issue chose "operation ability present situation investigation and study in junior high school students".For this study,the author through a large number of access and study of domestic and foreign theoretical research achievements about the ability of operation,and under the guidance of tutor,design the questionnaire and teacher interview students,and has carried on the field survey and individual interview,understanding the present situation of Henan province part of the junior high school of computing power,analyzes the factors affecting the development of computing power,and put forward the corresponding strategies,hoping to provincial teachers cultivate students' capacity to provide valuable reference.This paper adopts the method of stratified sampling in the junior high schools with different levels in Henan province.Each school chooses a class of grade three in a total of 179 students and 20 first-line teachers for the situation investigation.Through the investigation and study,I have known the current level of junior middle school students.It is below average as a whole.After the overall analysis and comparative analysis from three factors,it is concluded that: the relation of students' operation ability and the school's ranking is positive;Girls' operation ability is stronger with boys',but there is no much difference;Tutoring operation ability of the Students participating in activity after-school are stronger than that don't.After knowing the status,i analyzed the reasons of affecting the development of junior middle school students from two aspects: objective and subjective factors of operation ability are.Objective factors are the main point: 1.The mathematics teachers' knowledge reserve,teaching style,teaching concept and so on.All of these will affect the students' development;2.The choice of courses and teaching materials;3.In the current situation of exam-oriented education and under the pressure of entering a higher school,the students' learning interest gradually turn to get good grades;Subjective factors include: 1.The students' non-intelligence factors,such as interest,habit,personality,etc.All of these will affect the development of computing power;2.The students' mathematical cognitive structure may also affect their operation skills;3.The limitations of student's thinking characteristics;4.Daily students' learning and accumulation,the method of mathematical thinking for perception of the thought method,application ability.According to the20 teachers' interviews,I have known the students nowadays learning are more serious in mathematics,but are weak in operation ability.The teachers mainly owned this to students' carelessness and the poor mastery of the knowledge.Most of the teachers haven't realized the significance of cultivating the ability of operation.According to these reasons,concrete strategies have been put forward for the improving the ability of computing power.1.Strengthening the study of basic knowledge and basic skills;2.Pay more attention to the development of students' non-intelligence factors;3.Strengthen the cultivation of students' thinking quality;4.Pay attention to the method guidance of students' thinking;5.Weakening the influence of objective conditions on student's operation ability improvement.
