On February in 1990, LU Yong-Xiang readily told, "grand master, realistic role models" at the 100 th anniversary of the arrival of ZHU Ke-Zhen. The eight words accurately expressed ZHU Ke-Zhen had made an outstanding contribution in the two areas in his life. As the pioneer and founder of the modern generation of meteorology and geography, ZHU Ke-Zhen is the grand master of this field. As one of four famous president of China, he adhered to the "is to ask is, regardless of the interests" managing strategy in his educational practice of Zhejiang University and laid "seeking the truth" school spirit and study style in Zhejiang University. Then ZHU Ke-Zhen based on his national conditions and paid close attention to the world trend. At the same time, according to the practical circumstances of the problems we face at home and abroad, he put forward "college is a place to develop leadership talent". Besides, university need to undertake an important responsibility of the service society, contributing to the development of Chinese society and the nation rich and strong. On managing strategy, ZHU Ke-Zhen always fellow the principle of "only ask is, regardless of the interests", abidied by nothing more with the pass of the entrance and paid equal attention to intelligence, in order to improve the overall level of the students, faculty governance to carry out democratic management, strengthen the scientific research to create a good academic atmosphere and so on education policy, Zhejiang University rapid rise in the Anti-Japanese War at the difficult atmosphere for China's famous university. It provided valuable experience for our country the development of higher education. "Seeking the truth" school motto of Zhejiang university is went down generation after generation. At present, our country is entering a new period of reform and development for university construction, ZHU Ke-Zhen's "seeking the truth" education ideas still has great value for the construction of the top universities in China.
