Primary school responsibility education refers to the education that cultivating students' sense of responsibility and awareness of responsibility,and helping students form excellent qualities and noble personality.1 In the "truth-seeking concept",the school take "real" as the goal,"acquire" as the educational process,be based on three levels of education which are seeking truth in life,in study and in communication.In order to cultivate students into qualified citizens who can take responsibility for themselves,their families,others,their teams,the society,the school put into actions which are classroom teaching,theme activities,and social practice.While learning,the students experience life,learn to learn,and then achieve morality development through teachers' words and deeds and students' unity of knowledge.In the process of education,"how to be a responsible person" is the starting point of truth-seeking concept,but also the goal and terminal.Therefore,effective implementation of responsibility education in primary schools under “truth-seeking concept” is to implement the educational goal of "truth",and an important way to achieve self-growth and practice.In this study,several research methods are used,such as literature research,case study and action research.This study analyzes the causes and problem s of primary school responsibility education with its realities,and prepares theories for planning and implementing primary school responsibility education.In the process of research,the researcher integrates “five CANs and five Dos” framework,“three-oriented” basic policy,“four moral” training guide,with Tao Xingzhi's “truth-seeking concept essence.And then practice responsibility education under the “life-like program” platform.In this study,the researcher made full use of the advantage of school.The researcher practiced primary school responsibility education based on the “responsibility” of consciousness and behavior,through using three types of curriculum design,series of moral education activities,and the school culture.The researcher combined with the school's actual situation,using case studies,action research in classroom teaching and theme programs,and further developed the guidance of “truth-seeking concept” to the subject.Meanwhile,based on the preliminary results of research activities,the researcher made a practice,raised the issue of reality,and provided inspiring and guiding thoughts and opinions for subsequent studies and practices.
