The development of entrepreneurship education in China is nearly ten years. Although some achievements have been made, the construction of enterprise curriculum system has begun to take shape. However, as the core of enterprise education system, there are still a lot of problems that can not be ignored.This study applies the method of literature research and the method of survey research, on the basis of the literature analysis sums up the current higher vocational colleges the current situation and main problems of entrepreneurship courses, and in accordance with the research situation of X institute of Henan province from the practice to proof, the author through the literature review and research situation of comprehensive analysis found that most of the current higher vocational colleges opened at least one course in the above theory, also pay more and more attention to practice curriculum in the important role of entrepreneurship education, from the theory of single courses to curriculum, the combination of theory and practice of entrepreneurship course construction has obtained certain achievement and progress. But there are still some problems which cannot be ignored: entrepreneurship form is single, and content is not system; Entrepreneurship practice activity curriculum is weak; Lack of teachers, teaching method is unitary; Entrepreneurial network curriculum resources to be developed; Entrepreneurship lack a strong security system, etc.The author in this in-depth, on the basis of detailed analysis, investigates the American community college entrepreneurship education curriculum structure and running condition. American community colleges and vocational colleges are similar functional properties with our country, and in the international education standard classification of higher education 5 b type, community colleges in the United States of entrepreneurship curriculum construction as the reference standard, its experience in entrepreneurship and comparison, the complete system of entrepreneurship curriculum system, the experience type teaching, pay attention to the teaching methods, practice drills mtcsol in combination with the teachers troop, entrepreneurship development and implementation of the strong support system as well as the rich variety of network course resources, etc.. There are places worthy of learning in higher vocational colleges in our country.Finally, on this basis, the author puts forward the principles, objectives, content types of entrepreneurship curriculum system construction in higher vocational colleges, and discusses the specific implementation path from two aspects of the implementation of the form and security system. The curriculum of our higher vocational entrepreneurship is divided into dominant curriculum that includes general-knowledge courses, subject courses, activity courses and hidden curriculum of campus entrepreneurial culture construction.
