Higher vocational colleges held by enterprise group have certain advantages, so the current exploration of occupation education in Higher Vocational Colleges held by enterprises has achieved great development, but because of the management system, there also exists problems of how to coordinate the company profitability and public welfare of education. In order to coordinate the contradiction between the profit of enterprises and the public welfare of higher vocational colleges, some scholars put forward the community model, this model not only focus onthe main position of enterprise,but also pay attention to the leading role of school, it will create the new school-enterprise cooperation road in the development of China's higher vocational educationThe research takes the friends of Kerry Group and group cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges as a case study, we hope this research can provide new ideas for the existing cooperation between schools and enterprises,and provide suggestions for the government to formulate relevant policies. First, the research pointed out the aim, research questions and significance of the topic. In addition, including core concepts, research methods, research ideas. Based on the reviewof the literatures of school-enterprise research, the similarities and differentials between domestic and abroad study of school-enterprise cooperation were summarized. Secondly, the operation mechanism of school community wasanalyzed, including environmental factors, motivation factors, operation mechanism. Using the friends of Kerry Group and group of vocational college system as the research object, the paper analyzed its cooperation practice by comparing the student employment, corporating performance before and after community cooperation in-depth. Finally, thepresent situation and evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation were carried out, finding problems existing in the process, suggested ways and countermeasures to develop the enterprise and higher vocational colleges development mechanism were put forward to promote the deep development of community.
