From the establishment of the9National Enterprise Education Pilot Schools in2002to the present, Enterprise Education has more than ten years’ development inChina. In recent years, the innovative enterprise practice did not cultivate manyentrepreneurial talents who adapt to the social needs. One of the reasons is that ourcountry put the emphasis of the Enterprise Education on the undergraduate orgraduate students in school other than on the development of enterprise education inHigher Vocational Colleges which received little attention from our country. It isbecause of the Enterprise Education carried out for so short time in Higher VocationalColleges, each school for Enterprise Education importance is differ, and the enterpriseeducation in higher vocational colleges are still exist many problems. How is thehigher vocational students’ learning status about enterprise education? Whether theenterprise course content and the implementation is perfect or not? What are theinfluencing factors about them? What should we do about how to design the coursethat accords with students’ needs and characteristics? With the consideration aboutabove questions discussed, the theoretical foundation of this paper is formed.Using the literature method, this paper collected and combed the relatedliterature of the domestic and foreign enterprise education and the Higher VocationalColleges of enterprise courses; using the comparison, the paper analyzed theEnterprise Education’s characteristics of America and India, as a representativerespectively for the developed countries and the developing countries, and thensummarized the shortage of the Enterprise Education development in the highervocational colleges of China; and using the investigation method, this paper chosesome representative students of the Higher Vocational Colleges to do thequestionnaire and some of the teachers and teaching management personnel forinterview in order to know about their understanding and demands about theenterprise courses, aiming at finding a way out about the modular design course ofenterprise education.This paper firstly did the status quo investigation about the study situation of the enterprise education courses in the Higher Vocational Colleges, respectively fromthe course objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and courseevaluation four aspects in the investigation to understand the main problems existingin the enterprise education courses: More than70percent of students did not havespecialized enterprise education teaching materials; Only6.3percent of the students’enterprise knowledge comes from personal practice;86.3percent of the students hopefor more outdoor activities and practices to train their entrepreneurial capacity;80.4percent of the students are not satisfied with the schools’ enterprise education.Secondly this paper, from the higher vocational college students, the course itself andeducation teaching three aspects, carried out the factor analysis and summarized thethree aspects of enterprise courses implementation effect. Finally according to theinsufficient development of the enterprise courses in Higher Vocational Colleges andthe real study situation of the students about the enterprise education courses in theHigher Vocational Colleges, this paper This paper, from the enterprise educationcourse objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and courseevaluation, proposed countermeasures about the modular design course of enterpriseeducation in the Higher Vocational Colleges.This paper tries to organize the application of modular course in enterpriseeducation, to find the problems existing in enterprise education of the HigherVocational Colleges by the empirical investigation, to clarify modular characteristicsin enterprise education of the Higher Vocational Students in the hope of providingsome help and reference for enterprise course teaching by these preliminary research.The suggestions and countermeasures for the modular course of enterprise educationin Higher Vocational Colleges here are also to be further proved and improved in theauthor’s research and practice in the future.
