| With the smaller difference between city and countryside, the education quality of middle school in the countryside is required to be higher. In the fast promotion of new course reform, it makes the basic education of rural middle school get a great improvement, especially the teaching level of ideological and politics education course achieves an unprecedented growth and progress, but the current situation of education are not optimistic in many places. The first middle school in Shenqiu town of Henan province was selected as a research area in this dissertation. Among the people in this research area, 100 students and 10 teachers were chosen as the research objects. With questionnaires and auxiliary field problems, there were 10 teachers had been face-to-face interviewed. By using the calculation method of the quantitative analysis combines with qualitative analysis, we could acquire data and information in time.It is not difficult to find that the ideological and politics education exists many problems nowadays by information and statistics analysis. Some of these problems can be as shown as above: For teachers, there are some problems of the boring teaching contents, the monotonous teaching method and so on. In the aspect of students, some students do not have a good attitude to learn this course. Even the teaching places in school also has many problems, such as hysteretic teachers’ training institution and imperfect political education environment and so on. All these problems in the teaching places in school can lead to ideological and political education cannot achieve their desire. For the problems found, the author had a comprehensive analysis, then the reasons of these problems can be shown above: 1. the teaching quality in rural middle school is low, so it is hard to improve teaching level. It mainly reflects low teachers’ comprehensive quality and lack of innovation teaching thinking. 2. The comprehensive cognitive level of rural students is limited. It could lead to pococurantism participation in education. The main reason is highlighted economic consciousness and general traditional cognition. 3. Ideological and political education environment has not formed, leading to the implementation of the effect is not obvious. Besides, The cause of unformed education environment has a close relationship to the whole society, the effect of difference between city and countryside, a branch of traditional phenomenon, lack of enough attention on family education and so on.The value of this dissertation is that to analyze these problems deeply and then get the solutions. Firstly, it is necessary to change rural teachers’ traditional thinking, strengthen the consciousness of teachers’ education innovation, and then let teachers to strengthen the teaching content research. Secondly, it should to improve the rural ideological and political education environment and progress the enthusiasm of the students’ active participation from traditional thinking and studying interests. Finally, the whole society should pay attention to ideological and political education, the government needs to devote greater efforts to support the education of rural middle school, improve the quality of the ideological and political education. In addition, the middle schools need to build a scientific and rational teaching evaluation system, strengthen the training of rural teachers continuing education, and improve quality on the basis of original education equipments. |
