| Recently years,the tendency of employment of graduates group is becoming more and more serious.Because of the expansion of university’s enroument and the large number of graduates.Every year,millions of graduates need to look for appropriate jobs for themselves.When they enter into social life,therefore,the problem of employment is unavoidably turning into one of the focus issues in modern society.Influence of knowledge economy on the global level is more and more big,for the majority of university graduates,more and more difficulties in employment,whether the first time or duration of employment,the employment threshold is more and more high,the ability of college graduates are increasingly high requirements,the current education system and related to the employment market demand more guidance for lack of relevant research and the employment of college graduates just stay in the shallow level,college graduates in the cultivation of higher education,knowledge structure and professional skills have not quite meet the demand of talent market,and even some disjointed,college graduates employment structure remains to be further improved.Countries,schools and students are very concerned about the employment of college graduates,their employment situation and the rational allocation of human resources.Especially for students majoring in physical education,compared to other professional graduates,their employment choice less,from in recent years physical education graduates employment situation analysis we can see that their final choice of employment and learn professional correlation becomes smaller and smaller,resulting in employment rates continue to decrease.Pay more attention to the physical education students job intention to carry out further research on their job intention,employment characteristics of the physical education students of the students’ employment intention and employment mentality of professional statistical analysis,make them a deeper understanding of their own occupation career,make rational planning,reduce their employment difficulty;second,the university should improve the employment service system as a key work,change the traditional ideas,and strengthen communication and exchange of information society;third,in the increasingly fierce competition in the market,guide the sports education majors for their professional the characteristics,to strengthen learning,to adapt to social needs.Universities,society and students,they meet and interact with each other,in the current situation,the professional selection of sports education professional students to become an urgent problem to be solved.Wuhan area currently has six colleges and universities,all of them have undergraduate education in physical education at track and field special subject,but the career prospects for university graduate is still not optimistic of this kind of special subject every year.The paper analyzes the employment strategies of undergraduate education in Physical Education at track and field special subject through investigating employment intention of graduates in order to help the graduates to choose job well.The analysis of this paper mainly adapts literature data method.,Questionnaire survey expert interview method,mathematical statistics and logic method.The result of researching shows that 28 percent undergraduates choose Yangtze River Delta region,19 percent undergraduates choose the pearl river delta region,21 percent choose Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,11 percent choose big city in the central part of China,12 percent choose three Northeastern provinces of China,5 percent choose large and medium cities in western China,and 4 percent of undergraduates do not choose these regions above all.When university graduates choose job,they should take government employers,employment guidance department,and self---factor into consideration.The graduates of Physical Education at track and field special subject face severe employment situation in China.China needs to implement employment policies through the employment situation urgently.Strengthen the construction of marketilism,improve employment system,and then promote generalization of employment guidance and solve the worries of university graduates.Meanwhile in order to improve initiative in learning,grasp professional skills,build correct idea of employment and change employment,the government should guide graduates to improve the ability of practice and cultural quality ultimately,to solve employment problems. |
