With the rapid development of our country sports enterprise to competitive sports,competitive sports, school sports and mass sports, common development of the situation hasbeen basically formed, in the sports under the common action of software and hardware, moreand more people are involved in sports. School sports is the sports enterprise developmentlink has essential meaning in the stage of development, it is connected to the family sportsand mass sports development. Physical education teaching of teachers professional educationfor the development of school sports important human resource factor. At the same time, theathletics is the foundation of all other sports project, whether in the field of family sports,school sports and mass sports, the significance of track and field is particularly important. Atpresent, in my professional sports education in the process of rapid development, more andmore on the study of the athletics teaching, many teaching methods and professional sportsoutside of track and field teaching widely, both promote the ascension of the track and fieldteaching effect, the applicable scope of the improved teaching methods. Micro-standardteaching method is one of them, it can be integrated with the track and field teaching widelybecome one of the important characteristics of track and field teaching in recent years.This article is under such research background, in the northeast normal university sportseducation professional track and field as the research platform, in the common course for themicro-standard teaching method into the track and field teaching in the classroom, through theexperiment to the micro-standard teaching application research in the field of track and fieldteaching. This experiment to grade2012of northeast normal university sports educationprofessional class2and class3as the experimental object,21people in each group, theexperimental group with micro-standard teaching as a teaching method for teaching of trackand field, the control group with traditional track and field teaching methods for teaching.Through the experiment of8weeks,16hours, the conclusion is as follows:1. According to the need of the micro-standard teaching experiment and principalcomponent analysis method such as teaching ability evaluation index is established. Theteaching ability, respectively named teaching demonstration, teaching explaining ability,teaching ability of organization and teaching interactive ability of four categories, each madeup of five indicators.2. The control group students’ teaching ability is increased before the experiment, but theincrease is not big, the control group of students teaching ability difference before and afterthe experiment do not have significant meaning; The experimental group students’ teachingability is improved obviously before experiment, and the extent is opposite bigger, theexperimental group students’ teaching ability in the difference before and after the experimenthave significant or very significant meaning.3. After the experiment the experimental group students’ teaching ability is significantlyhigher than control group in the teaching ability of students, in addition to teaching interaction ability, the other three teaching ability has significant or very significant difference ofmeaning. All of this is the result of the micro-standard teaching video recording and playback,role playing, trial and error, cooperative interaction, tracking, and other special teachingdesign.
