Nowadays,track and field athletes show better and better physical qualities in the competition,and the level of competitive competition is getting higher and higher.The physical quality of the students who major in track and field,have significant effects on the level of national sports competition.Speed endurance training plays an important role the improvement of athletes' special performance.Even though the importance of daily speed endurance training was recognized by college coaches and athlete,there is still lack of scientific and rational training.Inefficient training methods lead to a slow pace of students' physical quality improvement.Under the condition of limited training time and heavy targets,it is worthwhile to study a method to improve students' endurance and competitive strength.Research methods: This paper used literature methods,expert interviews,experimental and statistics to study the training method.20 students who majored in the track and field of the class of 2017 in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected as research targets.The experimental targets were randomly divided into two groups.Each of the experimental group(group I)and the control group(group II)had10 students.After the grouping,there was no significant difference between the two groups of trainees in the basic body indices.The experimental group was trained with combined method,while the control group with traditional method.During the 10-week training period,training is held for 2 hours on Monday,Wednesday and Friday each week.To clarify the effects of students' endurance quality with combined training method or not,statistic methods were introduced to analyze the indices difference between training before and after.Research result:(1)The lactate clearance rate of the experimental group students increased from 11.17% to 17.23% increased by 6.03%,and much higher than the control group whose 1.44%.(2)After 3 minutes of the sprint test,the maximum heart rate of the experimental group decreased from(172±8)b/min to(166±5)b/min,and the heart rate recovery level increased from 18% to 26.51%.It can be seen that both indices were more than the control group;(3)The anaerobic power of the experimental group increased from(11.01±1.39)w/kg to(12.22±1.2)w/kg after training,and the average power was also increased from(8.46±0.77)w/kg to(8.85±0.75)w/kg,which were better than the control group.(4)In the special test results of track and field,Theexperimental group using combination training method improved the performance of 800 meters most obviously.Analysis conclusion:(1)The combined training method can effectively improve the average clearance rate of blood lactic acid in athletes,so that the athlete's body will not easily feel tired,be less injured.(2)The combined training method can also effectively improve the heart rate recovery rate of athletes after strenuous exercise such as training or competition,which helps the athlete's energy supply system to recover quickly after high-intensity training.(3)The combined training method can improve the energy supply capacity of the athletes' anaerobic glycolysis system,and the ability of the muscles to continuously output power in a short time.(4)Combination training is afast,scientific and effective training method to improve speed endurance.
