From proposing the reform of the current vocational education in our country in the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to the present, government at all levels and related personnel are making great efforts to arrange and plan it reasonably. The reason for proposing the vocational education's reform of content and forms is that the nation is during a key transition period of economy, technology and so on, and there is a great need of various kinds of talents during the period upgrading from a power to a great power. With the increasing numbers of university graduates and the increasing education levels, vocational school students are still in a weak position in the employment competitiveness. Therefore, under the new situation, it has an important realistic significance to study how to promote vocational school students'employment competitiveness, how to adapt the adjustment of industry structure, how to help graduates to graduate successfully and how to promote graduates' employment quality.The article takes vocational school students as research objects, based on Inner Mongolia Forestry University's current employment status in our country, researches the present existing matters, then gives opinions and suggestions finally. The article mainly researches the vocational school students' employment competitiveness in four parts with SWOT analysis method:1. clearly put forwards the employment competitiveness' deep meaning and elements.2. Analyze the current status of the vocational school students' employment competition, covering above students' advantages and disadvantages during the employment competition process.3. It conducts actually survey and analyses during the process of Inner Mongolia Forestry University's students' employment, then verify the validity of the theory analyses. Firstly, summarize the main problem effecting on students' current employment by practical survey on cases of the students' employment. Secondly, analyze and evaluate the employment competitiveness of Inner Mongolia Forestry University School's students by questionnaire.4. According to above three parts of contents, propose the seasonal, decisive suggestion and advice on the main factors impacting employment to radically coping with the employment pressure that vocational school students are facing with.With the continuous development of the economy and technology in China and new trend of reform and innovation, vocational education also must keep up with the step of the big stage. So China is facing with a huge pressure while reforming and innovating. It must take a practicable reform measure according with Chinese market's demands and the current economic condition to promote the students to all-round development which transmit various kinds of talents for the country and improve employment rate. Only by constantly improving vocational school students' employment competitiveness can let it transmit different kinds of technical talents for developing modern husbandry, modern manufacture, modern services, etc. And the students realize their potential in all walks of life which contributes to building moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizes the great renewal of the Chinese nation.
