So to improve their educational degree and raising their employment competitiveness is particularly important.The deaf students in the secondary vocational schools is one of the disabled, to enhance their employment competitiveness is particularly important. This paper take the Hunan special education occupation technical secondary school for deaf students as an example vocational graduates of the deaf, to analyze the reasons and influencing factors from it, from the educational perspective, how to make up the lack of employment competitiveness.
