Disabled people in our country is more, the survival of the disabled, education and development, To solve the problem of employment for the disabled has become a measure of civilization in our country. Therefore, China government has made a lot of related policies and regulations to guarantee the education and employment for the disabled, however, under the current employment situation. the disabled employment is more difficult. In pace with the country’s thinking hightly of special education, the special education schools and training institutions have risen rapidly. With the increasing of the disabled schools and training institutions,the comprehensive Quality of the disabled get obvious improvement. So to improve their educational degree and raising their employment competitiveness is particularly important.The deaf students in the secondary vocational schools is one of the disabled, to enhance their employment competitiveness is particularly important. This paper take the Hunan special education occupation technical secondary school for deaf students as an example vocational graduates of the deaf, to analyze the reasons and influencing factors from it, from the educational perspective, how to make up the lack of employment competitiveness. To study and thinking from the government, school, individual, social integration, the characteristics of the employment service system, Advocate the government must establish social support system to improve the employment competitiveness; advocate the school take the employment as the guidance, cultivating mechanism of Upgrading Vocational deaf students’ employment competitiveness as the core element,advocating the deaf itself broken in body but firm in spirit, inspirational growth, constantly upgrading vocational deaf students employment competitive power; in order to improve the employment competitiveness of the secondary vocational school for deaf students, to advocate the government to create a harmonious environment, Limited segregation, infinite integration, to build an employment and service system of vocational characteristics for deaf students, and to provide reference, In order toprovide employment for the vocational school for deaf students countermeasures, to supply benign employment education platform and feasibility of deaf students value construction of secondary vocational school.
