With the advancement of elementary education reform,the new curriculum idea is gaining recognition,and education teaching practice also speed up the pace.However,in the concrete practice of the new curriculum,there still exist quite a lot of classes which are energy intensive but have low effectiveness.Therefore,in view of the status of the classroom efficiency is not high,how to improve the situations becomes the primary problems in front of us.However,how to operate it in the process of concrete practice,we need to have a theoretical basis and practical experience in support of the education teaching mode,and with these two advantages,MS- EEPO effective education mode is the key to the implementation of efficient classroom.In this paper,according to the teaching practice process of pushing forward the reform of MS-EEPO effective education,the school education teaching reform as a practical action and experience of action research in No.29 Middle School in Baotou. The writer analysis the core values of MS-EEPO effective education to in-depth level,further clear specification of its operation method in order to provide corresponding strategies and methods for the new curriculum reform on the teaching practice in a high level,So that teachers can be closely related to the connotation of new curriculum reform,nd both in theory and in practice they can enrich effective means,then in the end we can really make contributions to promote the develoapment of new curriculum reform.
