In the 21 st century,education is more efficient,and mathematics teaching is more efficient.However,there are many problems in many low-quality math courses,such as the content of lesson preparation does not meet the requirements of the curriculum standards,low learning efficiency of students,students deserted in class and so on.And let students acquire knowledge more effectively has long been an important topic that countless educators continue to study and discuss.In the process of exploring a more effective and active learning style for students,the teachers tried different teaching methods and finally concluded a new teaching method-"EEPO Effective Education".EEPO Effective education is a management and teaching method that integrates learning method,subject setting and feedback mechanism.The core of its theory is that "effective education is realized through communication and interaction and active participation".With students’ communication and interaction as the core,it advocates closed-loop management education method among students.It requires efficient education mode and optimized and coordinated education process.EEPO effective education organically combines knowledge-based education with individualization,initiative and individual initiative,and presents the ideal state of learning by means of guidance and participation.Therefore,the effective education of EEPO has been unanimously praised by many mathematics teachers,and some ideas and practices are naturally incorporated into the teaching process.The author uses literature research method,action research method,interview method,case analysis method,questionnaire method and other research methods to conduct a teaching research on the effective education of EEPO in the Third Middle School of Jize County,Handan City,from the aspects of management decentralization,classroom teaching process,group learning training,etc.Furthermore,some practical situations encountered in the course of EEPO’s effective education experiment are further studied and corresponding solutions are proposed.At the end of the experiment,a questionnaire was compiled for the learning efficiency of students in Jize County No.3 Middle School,and the learning methods were investigated from five dimensions,namely,"students’ learning interest in mathematics learning,independent learning ability,mathematics classroom atmosphere,mathematics thinking and group cooperation",so as to obtain the role and effect of carrying out effective education of EEPO.From the perspective of students’ math scores and classroom performance,the effective education of EEPO has a relatively good influence on students’ learning efficiency.Through the change of students’ learning style,the change of teachers’ role in education,and the active classroom learning atmosphere,mathematics classroom is really active,teaching quality is more efficient,and students’ participation is significantly improved.And the students can effectively self-management,self-learning ability greatly improved,mathematics scores rose steadily.
