Although the state investment in rural education has been increasing since the beginning of the new century,and the hardware conditions have improved considerably,under the background of the accelerated urbanization process,the current situation of education and teaching in rural primary schools is still worrying due to the weakness of teachers,the old-fashioned idea of education and the lag of teaching reform.As an ordinary teacher who has been teaching in rural primary schools for many years,the author believes that it is of great significance to strengthen the reform and exploration of teaching mode for the development of rural primary schools.Among them,the puzzle class is a field worthy of attention and exploration of Rural Primary School Educators,which emphasizes the students’ hands-on operation,thinking,communication and practice to promote the development of students’ thinking.On the basis of comprehensive practical needs and theoretical requirements to carry out action research,the author believes that the classroom model of puzzle should be constructed around four teaching elements: First,in the setting of teaching objectives,we should strengthen hands and stimulate potentials,second,in the arrangement of teaching content,we should attach importance to the infiltration of disciplines,increase interest,strengthen the connection between disciplines,and activate the learning atmosphere in the classroom,third,in the teaching link,we should pay attention to the climate,strengthen reflection,grasp the climate of classroom communication,strengthen the awareness of classroom reflection,so that students do more,ask more questions,think more;Fourth,in the teaching effect evaluation:multi-evaluation,pay attention to summary,do not take the score as the only evaluation standard,use student evaluation,peer evaluation to promote classroom development.The classroom model of puzzle is of course conducive to stimulating students’ learning enthusiasm and promoting their thinking development,however,some unsatisfactory results have been found in the practice of Rural Primary School Teaching: 1.School leaders are skeptical of the Puzzle Class Model;2,Puzzle Classroom Teaching Content is easy to simplify;3,Puzzle Toys With Incomplete;4,the level of teachers can not keep up.In view of these situations,the author thinks that countermeasures should be taken from four aspects to improve and optimize: first,the classroom model of puzzle should not be in the form,but should pay attention to the effect;second,the classroom of puzzle should select the teaching content;third,the classroom of puzzle should teach students according to their aptitude,fourth,we should attach importance to heuristic inquiry and pay attention to the learning process. |
