The flipped classroom teaching mode which is supported by information technology development becomes a kind of new teaching mode. Using video recording tools, it puts the teaching content into micro-video which provided for students watching after class to complete the process of knowledge transfer. Class time used to carry out the internalization of knowledge. Nowadays a lot of school have been flipped classroom teaching. In the field of higher education, it develops MOOCs. One of the typical representative is Khan Academy on the internet. In the domestic many disciplines have been numerous flip classroom practice research. But high school biology classroom teaching of flipped classroom research are rare. That is the reason of why I choose it as mine research topic.In this research, the writer uses literature research method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and experimental method. Through theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration in the application of flipped classroom applied to micro-video of the high school biology teaching. The author in this study, with six sections in turn. In the first section, the author introduces the research background, research methods, research main content, research purpose and meaning, and concludes and analysis the existing research at home and abroad. In the second section, the author demarcates the concept mainly involved in this study which conclude flipped classroom and micro-video, analyses the theoretical foundation of flipped classroom. In the third section, the author introduces and analyses the common flipped classroom model and each link in detail. In the fourth section, the author introduces the principle and method of micro-video producing and the designing of the class activities and tests. In the fifth section, the author takes experiment in four class with a semester. The author introduces the experiment design scheme, experiment subjects, experiment process and experiment result and conclusion. In the sixth section, the author analyses this research conclusion and deficiencies.Through this research, the research results conclude the establishing of high school biology flipped classroom teaching model; the methods of the micro-video producing; the construction method of simple online learning platform. The research conclusion contain the feasibility and effectiveness of the flipped classroom teaching model in high school biology teaching. It can stimulate students' interest in learning and change students' attitude in learning. The study of classroom teaching practice for subsequent flip research to provide certain reference. Turn to the use of classroom teaching mode and promotion to provide a certain basis.
