Decades of development planning of educational informationization (2011-2020) putforward,the development of educational informationization should be the innovation of learningstyle and educational model as the heart.Teacher is the center of instructional activities andinstructional structure,and student is the passive receiver of knowledge in the teaching model oftraditional classroom.The transmission of knowledge is happening in classes,and digestion andabsorption of knowledge is left for students.Therefor,to some extent the the teaching model oftraditional classroom limits the enthusiasm of students’ learning and the development of creativethinking. However, flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video is able to make upthe disadvantages of the the teaching model of traditional classroom. The transmission ofknowledge is happening before classes,and learning resources is presented by micro-video,anddigestion and absorption of knowledge is in classes.It can stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve their ability to innovate by a series of teaching activities in classes and the aid ofteachers. So flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video is necessary and essential.The study is used the research of literature,case analysis method,the method ofquestionnaire survey and experimental education method.The study is based on mastery learningtheory,ubiquitous learning theory,theories of motivation and relevance theory.The studystructures flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video on the basis of previousstudies,and analyses key elements of the model.The study states the design and productionrequirements of micro video teaching.The study states the design of before the class,in the classand after the class teaching activities.In the process of research, the work of the author mainly include:1.The check,arrangement and analysis of flipped classroom teaching at home and abroad,analyse researchstatus and understand the advantages of the flipped classroom compared with traditionalclassroom;2.Analysis of flipped classroom teaching at home and abroad,and summarize theconception of micro video,micro video course,flipped classroom,flipped classroom teaching model,and find theoretical basis for flipped classroom teaching;3.Structures flipped classroomteaching model based on micro-video on the basis of previous studies,and analyses key elementsof the model.4.Elaborate the mothod and request of producting micro-teaching video and designteaching activities of three links of flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video.5.The application flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video to teaching experiment,compare pre test data and final test data in experimental class,draw the conclusion.The research can draw the conclusion:1.Flipped classroom teaching model based onmicro-video can excite students’ interest of learning and improve students’ initiative oflearning.2.Flipped classroom teaching model based on micro-video can embody the tutor ofteachers and the dominance of students.3.Flipped classroom teaching model based onmicro-video contributes the interactive relationship between teachers and students,improvestudents’ self-learning ability, the ability to find and solve problems, team collaborationcapabilities, expanding innovation capacity.4.Flipped classroom teaching model based onmicro-video contributes teachers to grasp learning process better,and help parents provides avisualization window that understands students’learning process.
