homemade taste, reflecting the strong cohesion, the vitality and continuity force of the Chinese culture, containing the connotation and the momentum of Chinese culture, which has become China's cultural soft power and a window demonstrating the Chinese culture to the foreign.Students in the primary and secondary school are the main force in the future and cultural soft power is the main area for future competition in the world,so they gain a foothold in the world spread our culture to every corner of the world only by understanding their own culture. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the arts practitioners in reality, which makes the enthusiasm of students decline.Analysis results that the element factor affected the sustainable development of the traditional martialarts in the primary and secondary schools can be concluded into three classes, policy factor, system factor and human resoure factor.Aiming at these problems and factors, the author makes the following recommendations:(1)Combining strength from inside and outside school and promoting common development of students commonness and individualityThe school contacts the folk boxers, discuss with them, and encourage students to be apprenticed to the folk boxers. The credits learned from the folk masters can be included in the total score.Teachers can let a student become a leader to instruct others practice in group or other means to encourage students to improve students initiative and interest as apprentices Traditional Martial Arts.At the same time by the school and master's education, students' development of commonness and individuality can be promoted.(2)Combining schools with government to improve students' enrollment rateSince the examination-oriented education, school sports only focus on exam project, and then the Government should consider adding the traditional martial arts to exam, and reasonably allocating scores of traditional martial arts and other sports projects,to promote schools and parents to supervise student practice traditional martial arts.Or the addition of Traditional Martial Artsschool special enrollment and specially recruited classes guides our students to practice. In order to improve the school and the school enrollment rate, schools will increase Traditional Martial Arts course or training team,to promote students' enthusiasm to practice Traditional Martial Arts from the perspective school.Besides,on the basis of the performance of Traditional Martial Arts, educational department appropriately reduce culture class performance to help students admitted to their desired colleges or universities.(3)Combining folk boxers with school teachers, and standardizing course contentThere are no uniform materials of Traditional Martial Arts in schools, which hinder Traditional Martial Arts in primary and secondary schools to sustainable development. So local traditional martial arts boxer and excellent PE teachers are gathered by the government-funded,and co-edited a school teaching materials with the characteristics of the local boxing,in line with the students physiological and psychological,in order to regulate school teaching content.(4)Recruiting college students of Traditional Martial Arts Majors as Traditional Martial Arts teachersAfter some time of Traditional Martial Arts into the school, students, who can practice well with relatively high quality, can berecruited into colleges and universities to receive formal education. After graduating, they can be recruited to school as professional martial arts teachers. These teachers have relatively rich traditional martial arts techniques and theoretical knowledge, and they have received formal teaching school education, and basically make up for the lack of PE teachers and civil boxer as traditional martial arts teachers. They can train the next generation, which forms a virtuous circle.
