Research On Specialized Farmers’ Cooperatives Cultivating New Professional Farmer

Supporting and leading the healthy development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives to improve the organization degree of agriculture and accelerating the cultivation of new professional farmers to create a high quality and modern team of agricultural operators are the two key tasks related to agriculture and,rural areas and farmers.The field in which specialized farmers’ cooperatives are engaged has a high degree of fit with the content of new professional farmers’ cultivation.As an important part of “One Domination with Pluralization” professional farmers’ training system,specialized farmers’ cooperatives is an essential organization carrier and effective platform on cultivating new professional farmers.It plays an important role in the practical agricultural training,marketing practice,follow-up tracking support and help farmers to start business.However,the training function of specialized farmers’ cooperatives has been severely neglected at present.There is little research on the relation of specialized cooperatives and professional farmers.And scholars haven’t realized the importance role of specialized cooperative as a kind of scarce organizational resources in rural areas.Therefore,to combine the two key tasks and plan them as a role has strong theoretical and practical value to enhance the effect of new professional farmers’ cultivation and promote the sustainable and healthy development of cooperatives.Based on human capital theory,lifelong education idea and learning organization theory,the thesis explain the definition of farmer,new professional farmer,cooperatives and specialized farmers’ cooperatives on the basis of literature;then,Detailed combing the current research on new professional farmers’ cultivation and cooperative education in China and abroad.And discuss the necessity and congenital advantages of specialized farmers’ cooperatives participating in the cultivation of new professional farmer.Using SPSS19.0 to study the present situation,advantages and restricting factors of cooperatives training professional farmers with the samples of 464 farmers joining specialized cooperatives in Tianjin,and especially focus on the factors restricting cooperatives play a better function on education and training to provide the basis for later policy proposals.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,explore the strategies of cooperatives to participate in the cultivation of new professional farmers: improve the policies and regulations system of cooperatives participating in cultivating professional farmers to create a long-term training mechanism;attract high quality talents,integrate the teaching staff and deepen the innovation of industry university research;make the new professional farmers’ training plan scientifically to enhance the training effectiveness and satisfaction;improve the cooperatives’ training input mechanism of vocational farmers and ensure the training input adequate and stable.
