With the promulgation and implementation of the new version of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Farmers 'Professional Cooperatives,China's farmers' professional cooperatives have once again ushered in development opportunities.According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,as of the first half of 2019,China's registered farmers' professional cooperatives have reached 2.47 million. As an important force for China's rural development under the background of rural rejuvenation,The development of farmers' professional cooperatives in China has received attention from all walks of life.According to related research, there are more serious development problems for farmers' professional cooperatives in China. The low participation of cooperative members has led to the lack of real names of cooperatives. This phenomenon of weak participation of members generally exists in the development of various cooperatives and has seriously affected cooperatives Use of advantages and utilities. Therefore,it is particularly important to solve the problem of weak participation of members in the development of cooperatives.Although the issue of cooperative participation has long attracted widespread attention from domestic scholars, most of the existing researches are theoretical analysis and countermeasure research, and less practical research has been done for the purpose of solving problems. In view of the above-mentioned relevant situation, the author takes L Agricultural Machinery Cooperative in Taihe County,Anhui Province as the research object, and conducts an empirical investigation on the cooperative mainly through interviews to understand the current weak participation status of the L cooperative and analyzes its production from multiple perspectives.the reason. In the end, based on the results of empirical investigations and combining the relevant literature data,I found that the weak participation problem of L cooperatives is mainly manifested in the following five aspects: first, lack of willingness to participate, second, insufficient participation ability, and third, participation The content is single, the fourth is passive participation, and the fifth is "free-riding".With the support of the chairman of the L cooperative, the author has carried out six group activities in response to the problem of weak participation in the L cooperative based on the theory of group dynamics, energy enhancement theory and cognitive behavior theory. After the group work was completed,by comparing the group members 'willingness to participate collectively,it was found that the group members had significantly improved their participationawareness, cognition level, and collective consciousness, and the expected goals of the group work were basically achieved. Therefore, the author believes that social work is effective in solving the problem of weak participation of cooperative members, but the continuity of specific effects has yet to be tested. This research is an active attempt by the author in the field of rural social work.Through the social work service practice of L Agricultural Machinery Cooperative, the author, while reflecting on the entire service process, also put forward the following suggestions for the solution of the weak participation of cooperatives: The first is to ensure the legalization of the membership of the cooperative;the second is that the cooperative should attach importance to cultivating members' awareness and ability to participate in major affairs;the third is that the cooperative should pay attention to the non-economic needs of members and promote the construction of collective culture;the fourth is that the cooperative should pay attention to management and institutional Fifth, the construction of rural social work teams should be strengthened to provide support for the development of cooperatives.
