Recent years, our country population aging speed up cause many problem, such as population labor shortages, financial burden. The community has become increasingly concerned about how to deal with aged tendency of population, At present, Many study the elderly as a vulnerable group, Focus on the elderly pension, medical, etc. or to start a research from a certain aspect of active aging. Active aging comprehensive research rarely. This study focus on active aging view which is society to have a positive attitude to treat of an ageing and to have a positive attitude to treat of old people. from the active perspective to health, social participation, protection three aspects meet the demand of elderly. We will bolstered our efforts to realize improve the quality of life for the elderly senior citizens with a sense of security, a sense of belonging and a feeling of health and worthiness, allow the elderly to live happy life. In this paper based on active aging theory, From the positive perspective to choose retired Xinjiang agricultural university teacher group as the research object. from health, participation, protection of active aging status of three aspects of this group to conduct a comprehensive study. First of all, this study according to the Xinjiang agricultural university, a retired teacher active aging questionnaire survey result, For the in-depth analysis of present situation and problems of retired teachers active aging, and influence factors analysis, carefully combing the existing retired teacher positive aging problem. Finally based on the experience at home and abroad for reference, in view of the existing problems, and from the country, school, community, individual level put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
