This study focus on active aging view which is society to have a positive attitude to treat of an ageing and to have a positive attitude to treat of old people. from the active perspective to health, social participation, protection three aspects meet the demand of elderly. We will bolstered our efforts to realize improve the quality of life for the elderly senior citizens with a sense of security, a sense of belonging and a feeling of health and worthiness, allow the elderly to live happy life. In this paper based on active aging theory, From the positive perspective to choose retired Xinjiang agricultural university teacher group as the research object. from health, participation, protection of active aging status of three aspects of this group to conduct a comprehensive study.
