Agricultural universities are generally considered to have closely association with agriculture and food production.Theoretically,agricultural university students are high-quality talents which the national importantly wants to cultivate.The level of agricultural university students’ concept of food safety should be higher than other groups’.Moreover,agricultural university students are also potential producers or managers on food.Therefore,making a research on agricultural university students’ food safety concept is typical.Practically,making a research on agricultural university students’ concept of food safety is complying with that food safety is becoming a hot spot in society.And the research is needed by agricultural university students to protect their own health and life safety.At the same time,the research also provides the reference to learn concept of food safety of other groups’.Generally,the research can be divided into four parts except the introduction part.The first level is the basic concept and theory foundation of research.This part mainly adopts literature research.The second part is the present situation of agricultural university students’ concept of food safety.First of all,explain the basic information of the questionnaire,and analyzed the reliability and validity.Furthermore,it analyzes the questionnaire by dividing the questionnaire into three parts: present situation of the knowledge of food safety,present situation of the attitude of food safety,present situation of the practice of food safety.The third part is the influencing factor of agricultural university students’ concept of food safety and the overall analysis of the questionnaire.With the help of software analysis named SPSS,It analyzes the questionnaire through single factor analysis and multiple factors analysis,overall analysis.The Purpose is to understand the status of the agricultural university students’ concept of food safety as well as the corresponding influencing factors.Then it compares with others’ research and finally makes the overall generalizations.The fourth part is of the problems and suggestions of agricultural university students’ concept of food safety.It concludes the questions founded from the present situation discussed in the second part and the influencing factors discussed in the third part and puts forward targeted measures.The results of the empirical study reflect the following conclusion.Firstly,the situation of college students’ Food Safety concept of food safety is far from optimistic.Secondly,agricultural college students have little consciousness which is used to protect their rights on food safety.Thirdly,the factors affecting which effects concept of food safety are complex.Fourthly,the ways of gaining knowledge on food safety have been diversified,but the pertinence is not strong.Fifthly,the relationship of knowledge,attitude and behavior on food safety consist inconsistencies.As for the questions which are founded by the research,the following specific measures are put forward to improve the education level of Agricultural University Students’ and even other groups’ Food Safety concept of food safety.Firstly,it needs to make corresponding education content.Secondly,it asks for developing food safety consciousness.Thirdly,it requires pay attention to the influence factors of Food Safety concept of food safety.Fourthly,it demands expand targeted education approaches.Fifthly,it requires correct unscientific diet habits.Sixthly,it requires pay attention to the regulation of food safety knowledge.Seventhly,it demands build the conduct which is supported by the regulations of schools. |
