Study On Agricultural Entrepreneurial Behavior And Its Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Graduates

With the employment of diversified development of our country,the public entrepreneurship,innovation has become a way to make a country rich and power.At the same time,our country is an agricultural country,aggie have the conditions and the superiority of developing agriculture.Therefore,in such a good public entrepreneurship environment,the effective way to solve the shortage of agricultural development is guiding aggie agriculture business.But,agricultural entrepreneurial intention of aggie generally is not high at the present stage,so understanding aggie to cognion and intention of agricultural entrepreneurial,to analyze their influencing factors of agricultural entrepreneurial intention,and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.For the improvement of agricultural entrepreneurial intention of aggie and agricultural development.This paper using the researching method,throughing the way of random selection,using the aggie of Shenyang agricultural university as the research object,has study of agricultural entrepreneurial intention of aggie,the results show that,most aggie think that the concept of agricultural entrepreneurial is the creation of material wealth.Aggie think that market risk is the first risk of agricultural entrepreneurship.Agricultural entrepreneurship to create the biggest value for himself is digging individual potential.Working on agricultural entrepreneurship is most likely to choose the industry distribution of agriculture.Government policy loans and special fund is the first choice for raising of agricultural entrepreneurial fund.Arranging to learn to enterprise of management training is the most important.The main reasons of the lack of agricultural entrepreneurial intention has ill-prepartion and shortage of funds.These aggie suggrsting two aspects is that school improvement and individual improvement.According to the results of personality?parents entrepreneurial experience and the degree of support of parents?entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial of school?the governrnment encouragement policies of entrepreneurship is the main influence factors.Therefore,integrated the above researching results,based on four angles of the individual,family,school,society to put forward the countermeasures for improving agricultural entrepreneurial intention,mainly including:individauals should improving the quality of entreprenrurship,cultivating the spirit of innovation.Family should changing the traditional teaching system of thoughts,to actively supporting and guiding.School should innovation and perpecting,creating a favorable atmosphere.Society should strengthen entrepreneurship support,providing a good entrepreneurial environment.
