The Studies Of Model Innovation Of College Association Management In China

College association is a student organization which consists of students following a common interest voluntarily and carries out activities according to the charter of associations. Meanwhile, as an important way of the quality education in colleges, college student's association is the main carrier of the campus culture and moreover the effective supplement of students' ideological and political education based on their own interests, which plays an important role in the student's self-management, self-education and self-development. Nowadays, with the deepening of reform and innovation of quality education and the developing of university campus culture construction, college student's association is playing an unprecedented important role in students' moral growth. However, in the new era, the objective circumstances of the life and values of students have drastically changed. How to improve the management pattern of college student's association and build an association management model which is suitable to the needs of social development and is able to play its due rule is currently one of the most important works of college student management. This study is one try to the innovation of college student's association management model.This paper is divided into six chapters; the first chapter introduces the research purpose, significance, research status, research content, method and possible innovations. Chapter ? defines the relevant concepts and presents the theoretical basis of this study. Through the analysis and discussion of the history and current situation of the college student's association organizations, as well as the domestic evolution of college student's association management model, the third chapter finds out the problems existing in college student's association management and the reasons for the formation of these issues. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the college student's association management model characteristics and successful experience in the west. Chapter ? proposes the innovation of college student's association management model in our country, including clarifying the innovation principles of college student's association management model, the direction of college student's association management model innovation, as well as the main significance of college student's association management model innovation to students. Chapter ? the conclusion section, summarizes the main conclusions of the paper, existing shortcomings and future work.This study mainly employs historical document analysis, interviews and comparative analysis. Considering the college students as the standpoint of the research, this study regard how to better foster and serve students as the main research point, which has great innovation in the aspect of construction of college student's association management model. Furthermore, it has an important reference value in constructing the new era's college student's association management model that is suitable for our national condition and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of student organizations.
