Students Associations Of Management Studies

Students' association is an important part of schools and plays a prominent role on every item in University. Since 1920s, the institution of study of Marxism established by Deng zhongxia and other 19 people, the students' association in our country has a history of more than 80 years. And it has grown up now. However, as the characteristic of itself and many schools' ignorance of it and other facts, some problems appeared. Such as the blind development, the shortage of the stuff, the less development of association, the lack of the management mechanism and so on .Hence, some actions must be taken to improve the development of the students' association.This essay includes four parts besides the introduction. The first part is mainly about the general theories of the students' association, including its definition, characteristics, function and so on. The students' association is such a organization: it constitutes of students with the some characteristics or the same purpose and is established by the relative rules of school and certain principle. It includes the students' association, the students' union and the postgraduates' union and so on. Its main characteristics includes the some quality of students, the mobility of its members, the laxity of the organization ,the ingenuity and opening of the activities and so on。The association has a good influence both on the development of students and construction of the schools. The second part mainly introduces the situation of the development of the students' association. It develops lately in the past and now it has grown up to have a certain pattern. It both has the procedure of establishment and approval and the system of dismiss. The development of the management has required lots of experience and achievement. For instance, it has improved the students' opinion to the importance of the association. However, there are some problems in the management of students' associations. Such as too many limits to the activities of it, lack of material support, the bad condition of the management of the system and so on. The third part mainly introduces the successful experience of the students' association abroad. The oversee students' association has a various kinds and wide space for activities. Many of them are supported by the government and society and even some budget are provided to them to deal with the problem of lack of money. The oversee students' associations have enough money and act as a bridge between the school and society. The last part is mainly on the development of the association in the future. The first is about the sustainable development of it and the validity of the function of the association. The second is about the activity roles the association should play. Schools should lead a proper way to it in mentality, material and system. The third is about the way of the construction of brand. The management department of school should pay more attention to develop a series of featured, strengthen and branded association to improve the influence of it and to heighten the image of the schools.Therefore, according to the present development of students' association, the general theories of association and the experiences about the development of the association abroad, the thesis put forwards some path to develop the students' association in our country. They are the proper leading to association by schools, enlarging budget to support to association, strengthening the system of the management of the association and so on.
