Group Work Intervention In Adolescent Group Shopping Stage Autism Research Training

In recent years, the number of patients with autism and attention to autism is increasing. Nowadays, there are still many shortcomings and gaps in autism research and educational rehabilitation in China. In the view of age, when focus on the existing "fault", most autism research and rehabilitation are concentrated on children, but few on youth. From the content point of view, there are less training on life skills at home, which make some “blind points” come out. How to increase autistic youngsters' self-care ability has a crucial impact on their way to transit to adulthood life.The study takes the example of Wuhan mental disabilities Better Homes and Family Support Center by training their autistic teenagers shopping skills. Supporting by Social learning theory and ABA autism treatment applied behavior analysis, I take method of using group work intervention agency in the daily course of shopping areas, the process can be divided into teams combing the basics- Simulation Training- real scenario training three stages, through the process of evaluation and impact assessment of the overall assessment of group work, team members will improve their abilities on its original shopping capabilities. And for the group's initiative and solidarity, we expect there will be a development after finish it. Through practical test, the team work in adolescents with autism shopping link training is effective, forming a relatively complete group social work service, at the same time perform causal analysis, the limitation of the effect of social work intervention in autism youth services provide practical reference. Finally feasibility and limitations of group work in autism group, and replication in other areas of group shopping patterns used in people with autism rehabilitation training on this study are discussed and reflected.
