With the continuous rise of the number of autistic people,the social problems caused by autistic groups have received more and more attention.Although adolescents in autistic groups cannot participate in society as effectively as normal adolescents due to special circumstances,they also have their own unique potential,and have the right to survive and legal rights and interests.This article focuses on autistic adolescents and is committed to helping them master independent living skills,enhance their practical ability,and give play to their subjective initiative,so as to improve their ability to live independently,alleviate family worries,and promote the integration of service recipients into the collective and society.Based on the internship in the L autism rehabilitation institution in T City,this article has a deeper understanding of autistic adolescents through getting along with autistic adolescents in the institution and interviewing with institutional teaching teachers and life teachers.This paper takes social learning theory and reinforcement theory as the theoretical support,and uses semi-structured interviewing,participatory observation and scale measurement to intervene in the training of independent living skills improvement of autistic adolescents.In the group activities,professional skills such as video teaching,hands-on demonstration,warm-up games,and scenario simulation were used to help group members better understand and master independent living skills.This paper finds that group work is appropriate to intervene in the improvement of independent living skills of adolescents with autism,and the demonstration effect of group members is conducive to the improvement of independent living skills of adolescents with autism,and adolescents with autism have different degrees of improvement in personal cleaning and self-care,family self-care and community social life.This practical exploration combines theory and practice,and applies the professional concept of social work to the problem of improving the independent living skills of autistic adolescents,so as to provide a new working method and idea for autism rehabilitation institutions.
