The research consists of two parts. The first part focuses on static researches. The scale methods were used to test 453 pupils, analyzing the influence of peer acceptance, examining the relations among social behavior, teacher acceptance, academic achievement, sociopetal strategy and the children peer acceptance. Also the author applied the regression analysis to explore the different variables to the forecasting function of children's peer acceptance. The results revealed that they existed significant correlation, but in different levels of the variables (except the variable of inappropriate strategies), the children's peer acceptance, to a great extent, existed significant difference. And the academic achievement, teacher acceptance, attack behavior and the amounts of appropriate strategies had a greatly forecasting function to the children's peer acceptance. However, there were distinct differences between the various genders and different grade levels. The second one was based on the first phrase's research. The author designed psychological activity curriculum to carry on the intervention research on improving children's peer acceptance; randomly chose 2 classes as the experimental group and control group. The experimental group accepted a-20-week training and the measuring of peer acceptance level before and after the training. The intervention research showed: the peer acceptance level had a great change to the pupils from the experiment group, but nor did the control group. The peer acceptance level was greatly improved among the medium acceptance group before and after the training, but the high and low acceptance group had no such changes. Furthermore, contrary to the boys' peer acceptance level, the girls had no significant differences.
