With the development of educational system and management mode of primary school improvement,relying on the collective strength of widespread concern about the implementation of independent management mode from the industry.The independent management of young pioneers is relying on the collective power to manage their own process,and the tradition of the young pioneers cadres or pioneers of self management of the existence of significant differences,is conducive to children's understanding of the rapid formation of group thinking,relying on the society the collective strength,problem solving and self management.In this paper,the starting point of the research is to find out and find the collective self management rules from the system,position,status quo of activities,prompting independent management of young pioneers,with Guizhou Qiandongnan,Taijiang Chengguan primary school(grades 4-6)case specific analysis,to find the path of development effectively,to improve the function of independent management of young pioneers have very important practical significance.This paper mainly adopts literature method,interview method,questionnaire research method,according to the survey of Qiandongnan,Taijiang needs to write "Guizhou Chengguan primary school the young pioneers self-management questionnaire Guizhou Qiandongnan" and "autonomous management in Taijiang Chengguan primary school the young pioneers interview",in order to obtain enough data to support.The questionnaire is divided into basic information management,content,problems and influencing factors,countermeasures and suggestions such as dimension,after three drafts were finalized.Print and questionnaire250,recovery 250 copies,238 copies of effective questionnaires,efficiency of 95.2%.project in Qiandongnan,Guizhou Taijiang Chengguan primary school as the research object,in order to find the young pioneers of independent management through specific methods,rules and trends.The content of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part: the basic theory,mainly from the theoretical perspective,the research background and significance,the definition of the basic concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods for analysis,to provide theoretical support for follow-up researchThe second part: the research on self management status of young pioneers.In Guizhou Qiandongnan,Taijiang Chengguan primary school the young pioneers self construction as the research object,through field interviews and questionnaire survey,obtain first-hand data,to analyze the young pioneers of independent management status and influencing factors.The third part: the analysis of existing problems and causes of independent management of the young pioneers.From the analysis,the independent management of young pioneers exist independent management goal deviation,independent management system rigid,self management direction is not clear and the relative weakening of autonomous guidance,through the elaboration and analysis,provide a starting point for the development of effective countermeasures.The fourth part: the basic path to improve the self-management ability of the young pioneers.Mainly from the external environment to strengthen the construction of the young pioneers of independent management,construction of young pioneers self management system,adhere to the combination of guidance and autonomy,so as to provide an effective path for the implementation of effective management of independent young pioneers.
