| The Young Pioneers activity can be used as a carrier for children to carry out patriotic education,independent education and traditional culture education.Activities can improve children’s self-management ability,cultivate their sense of responsibility,and promote their all-round development.It is the basic characteristic of young pioneers to focus on the children,adapt to the characteristics of children’s physical and psychological development,meet the needs of children,and being close to the actual life of the children,interesting and attractive to children.The design of activity is the premise and foundation for the activities of the young pioneers,and the function of education is inseparable from the careful design.At present,the practical level of the Young pioneers’ activities have been extensively discussed,the theoretical discussion about the design of young pioneers’ activities design needs to be further studied.As a theoretical framework for analyzing and describing human practice activities,the Activity Theory has experienced three generations of development:with“tools”as the core,emphasis on “object oriented”,integrated into “differences,dialogues and multiple voices”.The Activity Theory puts forward six elements:subject,object,community,tool,division of labor,rules;divides the hierarchical structure of activities:activity,behavior,operation;explains the characteristics of the activity,such as intermediary,objectivity and sociality.The Activity Theory emphasizes children’s dominate position,focuses on the role of the analysis activity tool to the activity,emphasizes the interaction between children and community,emphasizes the authenticity of the activity environment.Activity Theory tries to build a concept of ecological activity,emphasizing the use of social situations,emphasizing the integration of multiple resources into activities.Activity Theory provides an activity model for the young pioneers’ activity design,which is focused on children,emphasizing the reactivitysituation creation,emphasizing interactive communication.The basic idea of this study is to discuss the theoretical vale and advantage of the activity theory to guide the design of young pioneers’ activities.In cooperation with a primary school in Tongren,we discussed the practical feasibility of designing the young pioneers’ activities based on the activity theory,and then reflected on the suggestion of designing the activities of young pioneers based on the activity theory.The research include seven parts:First,in the introduction part,the author mainly introduces the background.goals.contents.value.methods of this research.It makes a comprehensive statement of the related literature,combing activity theory of theory research,applied research and evaluation research,focus on combing theory application in the teaching activities research and studies of the young pioneers activities and to design theory,the young pioneers activities,the young pioneers activities were defined.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status of young pioneers’ activities,from the requirements of policy documents to the way of activities,and the children demands for ways of developing activities.Analysis of the problems in the design of the young pioneers’ activities.Thirdly,it discusses the value of designing young pioneers based on activity theory.Mainly: emphasizing the design activities from the multi-dimensional perspective;Design thinking emphasizes the integrity of activities;The activity method emphasizes the mediation function of the intermediary tool.Fourth,discuss the value of designing Young Pioneers based on activity theory.Mainly: to break the concept of the design of the young pioneers only from the perspective of the counselors or children;to highlight the overall thinking,process thinking and relationship thinking of the activity design;to emphasize the subjectivity of the young pioneers;to highlight the intermediary,interactiveness and multi voice of the activities;and to emphasize the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of the children.Fifth,carry out the action research,explore the activity model of "focus on children,the interactive communication between children and the counselors,the environment atmosphere building" under the construction of the theory of activity.This paper discusses the practice of designing young pioneers based on activity theory.It is found that the activity content is closer to the life of the children and the environment atmosphere is more conducive to the emotional experience of the team members,good interaction can promote the practical experience of the children.Six,reflect on the suggestion of designing the young pioneers’ activities based on the activity theory,including ensuring the children main position,expanding the active resources and creating a rich environment atmosphere.Finally,the summary.It is considered that the universality of the activity theory to guide the design of the young pioneers remains to be further verified.The research objects in the process of practice are not diverse,and the design of the theme activities of the different pioneers should be discussed according to the theory of activity. |
