Analysis Of The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Characteristic Activities Of The Young Pioneers

The Young Pioneers is an important organization for primary and middle schools to train young children with a clear,positive and progressive ideology,so are the ability of initial innovation,practical life and teamwork.Schools,families and communities are all responsible for participating in the Young Pioneers' education,work and activities.Characteristic activity of Young Pioneers is an important carrier that demonstrates the unique educational effectiveness of its work.It has become an activity form loved by children and adolescents with its features of living,interesting,locality,flexibility and timeliness.It has also become an important entry point for young pioneers in primary and secondary schools.At present,primary and secondary schools in our country are more likely to carry out some characteristics of the Young Pioneers with different themes and modes according to their own characteristics and reality.However,there are still some realistic problems of the Young Pioneers deserves to be rethought and discussed in order to seek truth from facts,such as idea lag,blurred subject,stereotypical content,single forms and poor effectiveness.In order to have a better understanding of the current situation and problems of the construction of the characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers across China,based on a large amount of relevant literature,the author visited some schools and simultaneously conducted in-depth interviews with some brigade counselors and squadrons counselors,moreover,online questionnaires and participatory observation are used to made a more detailed and objective investigation of the situation of the construction of characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers.The content of the investigation of characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers mainly includes: the awareness and attitude of Young Pioneers counselors on it;the diversity of it;the diversity of evaluation methods of it;the subjectivity of the students to carry out it;the cooperation situation of the family,school and society;the effectiveness of it.Based on the analysis of the questionnaires,the author found that the Young Pioneers counselors are active enough in recognizing the characteristics of the characteristic activities of Young Pioneers and generally recognize the important value of Young Pioneers' characteristic activities for young pioneers' healthy growth.However,there still exists several problems such as idea lag,blurred subject,stereotypical content,single forms and poor effectiveness.Aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of the characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers,this researchconsidering comprehensively the causes of the problems and the realistic factors and then proposes following countermeasure advice to optimize the construction of the characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers: making full use of the local resources to actively develop and expand the theme of the Young Pioneers' activity;concise characteristic activities of the Young Pioneers through the comprehensive practical activities;carries out the characteristic activities of young pioneers through the development and utilization of school-based curriculum;integrates the characteristic activities education with schools,families and social resources.
