In The New Era,Chinese Labor Union Maintains The Legal Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers

Since the party's 18 th National Congress,the Chinese Communist Party has led the people of the whole country into the important historic stage of winning the battle and building a Well-off society in an all-round way.The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new era,with the continuous deepening of the Party and the State's comprehensive deepening of reforms,the pace of social transformation in China at this stage has been significantly accelerated.As a group that protects the interests of the proletariat,China's trade union organizations have close ties with the Communist Party of China and are a group organization of our party ' s ties with the people.The trade union organizations in China play an important role in mobilizing the masses of people to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,the development of trade union organizations in our country is facing new opportunities and challenges.In July 2015,our party held a group organization work conference,which provided important instructions for the promotion of the reform of the party's group and group organizations,put forward clear requirements,and opened a new era of group organization reform.Since the reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in China's economic and social development.Great achievements have been made and the modernization process has been accelerated.Some of China's peasant groups have left the generations of cultivated rural areas to enter urban development in pursuit of a better life.Due to China's restrictions on the household registration system,even if the migrant workers group has already entered the city,their Household registration system is still in the countryside.This has led to the birth of a special social group of migrant workers.They have made important contributions to the development and prosperity of the city.However,their rights and interests have not been guaranteed and maintained for a long time.This has led to the occurrence of individual extreme practices and mass incidents that have affected the economic and social developmentand stability of our country.This paper is divided into four major parts,which studies the situation of labor unions protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers in the new era.The first part of the paper elaborates on related concepts such as trade unions,migrant workers and the research ideas and research methods of this paper.The second part reviews and discusses the development course of the trade union organizations and migrant workers' groups in our country and related rights protection theory.The third part analyzes the achievements and existing problems of China's trade unions in safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers in the new era,and explores the reasons behind the existing problems.The fourth part is to provide corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the problems existing in the trade unions' protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in the new era,so as to better solve the migrant workers problem in the current new era.
