The Research Of Migrant Worker's Labor Rights And Interests Of The Protection Of Sichuan Provincial Federation Of Trade Unions

Accompanied by the reform and opening-up, migrant workers are growing into a labor force. They are special groups in social transition period, becoming an important part of the industrial workers in the new era of China, making a major contribution to China's economic and social development. But the migrant workers are still vulnerable groups in city, their legitimate labor rights and interests are not guaranteed.This situation will not only affect migrant workers' enthusiasm and creativity, but also has brought adverse factors for industrialization, urbanization and construction of Harmonious Society. In this context, it is necessary to discuss the protection of labor rights and interests of migrant workers. This paper from the perspective of trade unions rights study on the protection of labor rights and interests of migrant workers,combining with the work practice of the trade union of Sichuan Province, explore the way of trade unions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers under the new situation. This article discusses the five parts: The first chapter is introduction part, introduced the background and significance of the topics, combed the research status at home and abroad, and put forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis and related concepts of the protection of labor rights and interests of migrant workers in Sichuan Province. The third chapter summarizes the status quo of the lack of labor rights and interests of migrant workers in Sichuan Province and analyzes the reasons for the lack of labor rights and interests of migrant workers from three aspects: the system, the lack of relevant laws and regulations and the concept of migrant workers.In the fourth chapter, from the actual work experience of their own, summed up the practice of Sichuan Province Federation of Trade Unions to safeguard the labor rights and interests of migrant workers, mainly to promote the participation of migrant workers and carry out care activities of migrant workers to promote harmonious labor relations, Aid work, carry out special work on the payroll of migrant workers, carry out five aspects of migrant workers' vocational skills training and promote employment employment work, and analyze the existing problems.In the fifth chapter,according to their own experience, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the labor rights and interests of migrant workers in Sichuan Province,which is to improve the labor rights and interests of migrant workers in Sichuan Province. The goal and countermeasures are to integrate resources and enhance the power of supervision. The source of participation, to promote the improvement of relevant policies and mechanisms; improve the employment system of migrant workers; innovative work to enhance the influence of trade unions; to expand the migrant workers of migrant workers face.
