In recent years,with the economic and social development and the process of urbanization,the problem of the loss of young civil servants has gradually emerged,and become an important factor affecting the government's ability to govern the township party committee and government.Township young civil servants as an important part of the township civil servants,is an important bearer of urban public affairs,the loss of not only affect the administrative efficiency of township governments,but also the healthy economic development of townships have a negative impact.Therefore,it is imminent to keep the stability of the young civil servants in the townships.On the basis of expounding the research background of the stability of young civil servants in villages and towns,this paper makes some research and thinking on the path of maintaining the stability of young civil servants in villages and towns,analyzes the present situation,problems,harm and causes of young civil servants in villages and towns,and puts forward some suggestions on how to maintain the stability of young civil servants in villages and towns.In the analysis of the reasons,township working life is poor basic living conditions,low salary and welfare,more complex responsibilities,less attractive work,a single growth path,lack of working ability is the main reasons for the stability of the team.To maintain the stable path of young civil servants in township,we should improve the level of material and spiritual life,clarify the responsibilities of the township civil servants,create a good atmosphere at the grass-roots level,broaden access to the township civil servants,establish a good selection and employment guidance,strengthen the responsibility and sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility and other ideas.
