| Civil servants,an important team in our country, are the backboneand indispensable force in our country’s construction. The implementation of the policies issued by the party at the grassroots level relies on the young civil servants working in the townships, who are the practitioners and implementers of the higher-level policies. The township is the lowest administrative level of our government with various prominent contradictions. In the practice of recruitment in recent years, the loss of civil servants in towns and villages has become more and more serious, increasing year by year.Even if the township recruits people every year, the recruited young people will leave after a short time, which makes the township always lacking in labor and unable to carry out the work smoothly. Therefore, research on the optimization of the incentive mechanism for young civil servants in townships is very necessary.Focusing on the actual situation in towns and villages, this paper uses literature research, questionnaire surveys, individual interviews, analysis, and induction to analyze and research the optimization of the incentive mechanism for young civil servants in townships. It is concluded that the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for young civil servants in towns and villages are: obvious insufficient material incentives and single spiritual incentives, external working environment incapable of meeting the incentive requirements, and lack of incentive policies and system support.Learned fromexcellent domestic and foreign experience and practices, the author proposes the following solutions: improving the salary incentive and job promotion incentive mechanismfor young civil servants in townships, establishinga system of scientific assessment, effective training, andreasonable reward and punishment, concerning people first, andstrengthening self-incentive mechanism.Only by improving the incentive mechanism from comprehensive aspects and providing guarantees for its operational effectiveness can the role of the incentive mechanism for township civil servants be brought into play. |
